Birthday Line Up

Instruct participants prior to having them stand on the log. Ask participants to form a line alongside the log. Tell them their objective is to arrange themselves in a new order (by birthday, height, etc.) while on the log and without touching the ground. Give them all safety instructions. Ask them to step up on the log. Consequence for stepping off is that the whole group needs to return to their original position.
